One interesting note: When you increase servings per meal, the service gets more affordable on a per meal basis.
This is because it doesn’t take the chefs very long to make additional servings. But it does take time to create additional unique entrees.
If you want to get 3 meals per week, 8 servings per meal (24 total servings) from Chef Lee, the cost of service would be $315, or $13.12 per serving.
